Your future starts abroad
We place Ghanaian and West African students in universities across Europe, the UK, the Americas, Asia and Oceania — and we prepare every document the embassy asks for.
What you need to start
- Bachelors: passport + WASSCE results
- Masters: passport, degree, transcript + WASSCE
- A sponsor or proof you can fund the first year
- No payment required to begin your application
Why students choose WAAP
- Low-tuition schools from under €10,000 a year
- Bring your spouse and children on dependent visas
- Every document prepared in-house, checked twice
- One consultant stays with your file until you fly

Common questions
Before you call us
Do I pay anything to start?
No. You can begin an application with your passport and academic documents. Costs only appear later — school application or deposit fees where the university charges them, the embassy visa fee, and our service fee, all quoted to you in writing first.
What if I have a study gap?
Gaps are normal and they are explainable. We write a gap letter covering what you did in those years — work, business, caring for family — and attach the evidence that backs it up.
Can I take my wife, husband or children?
In several destinations, yes. Most Schengen countries, the UK for some research and government-sponsored courses, Australia and New Zealand all allow dependents. We will tell you which of your options actually permits it before you choose.
How much money do I need to show?
It depends on the country — roughly one year of tuition plus living costs. Some embassies also want the money to have been in the account for a set number of months. We give you the exact figure and timeline for your destination at the consult stage.
Do I need IELTS?
Not always. Many European and Asian universities accept a WASSCE English grade or a medium-of-instruction letter. The UK, Australia and New Zealand usually require an approved English test. We confirm this per school.
Where are your offices?
We have four offices in Ghana — our head office at Atlantic Mall, Atomic Junction in Accra, plus branches in Kumasi, Sunyani and Takoradi. All four open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm. Addresses and direct numbers are on our branches page.
How long does the whole process take?
Typically three to six months from first consultation to departure, depending on the destination and intake. Asia and parts of Europe can move faster; the UK and Oceania run on stricter intake calendars.
