What is included
Processing times are estimates and depend on embassy and university turnaround. Third-party costs — embassy fees, university application fees, English tests, medicals, flights and accommodation — are separate unless your package states otherwise.

Full payment
Settle the full package amount at the start and enjoy a smooth, uninterrupted processing experience with no payment milestones to track.
Installment plan
Spread the cost over an agreed timeline. Budget-friendly, but note that missed installments can delay or suspend processing of your application.
Payments must be made only to official WAAP Travels bank accounts or approved payment channels. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account. If in doubt, verify the details with your consultant or our head office before sending anything.
