WAAP Travels LTD (“WAAP Travels”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a travel and education consultancy registered in Ghana, a subsidiary of WAAP TRAVELS LLC in Colorado, USA. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information when you use our website, communicate with us via WhatsApp (including the WhatsApp Business API), or use any of our services.

2. WhatsApp messaging & the WhatsApp Business API
We use the WhatsApp Business API to communicate with clients.
When you message us on WhatsApp or give us your WhatsApp number, you consent to receive service-related messages from WAAP Travels.

- Messages and documents sent to us
- Message timestamps and delivery status
2.2 Purpose of WhatsApp communication

8. Data deletion instructions (Meta requirement)
If you wish to request deletion of personal data we collected through our website, Facebook, or the WhatsApp Business API:

- Use the subject line Data Deletion Request
- Include your full name and the phone number you used to contact us
We will verify your identity and delete eligible data within 7 business days, unless retention is legally required. Full instructions are on our data deletion page.

10. Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for individuals aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without parental consent.
