We start from your actual transcript, not a wish list. Grades, subject prerequisites, budget and intake dates all get checked before a single application goes out — which is why our students are not paying fees to be rejected.
You are shortlisted across several universities at once, so a slow reply from one school never costs you the intake. Every offer, condition and deadline is tracked until you have something in writing.

02 — Visas
Filed the way each embassy reads it
A refusal is rarely about you. It is about a missing statement page, an unexplained transfer, a sponsor with no traceable income, or a bundle a caseworker could not follow.
We prepare student visas, dependent visas, visitor and business visas, and the US DS-160 process. Every file is checked twice — once by the consultant who built it and once by someone who has never seen it before.

A statement of purpose is not a form. It has to explain why this course, why this country and why now, in a way that matches the dates and grades on the rest of your file.
We interview you first, then write. Nothing is copied from another student's file, and every claim we make in a letter is one we can evidence if the caseworker asks.

04 — Financial evidence
Most refusals are money refusals
Not because students lack the funds, but because the funds were shown wrongly — too late, in the wrong name, or with a deposit nobody could explain.
The exact amount for your destinationTuition plus living costs, calculated for your course length and your dependents, before you move any money.
The holding periodThe UK wants 28 consecutive days. Others want three or six months of history. We tell you the clock so you do not restart it by accident.
Whose account it can sit inYours, a parent's or a legal guardian's, with the relationship evidence and consent letter that must accompany it.
Explaining every large creditA lump sum with no source is the fastest route to refusal. Salary, business income, land sale or gift — each needs its paper trail.

Dependent rules differ sharply by country, and they change. Most Schengen states allow family; Australia and New Zealand allow a spouse to work; the UK now permits dependents only on research and government-sponsored courses.
We tell you which of your options genuinely permits it before you pick a course — not after you have paid a deposit.

Scholarships & funding
We track which government and university scholarships are open each intake — CSC, Türkiye Bürsları, GKS, MEXT, ICCR, Stipendium Hungaricum and institutional waivers — and file before the deadline.
IELTS & English tests
Advice on whether you need a test at all, which one your university and embassy accept, booking the sitting, and securing a medium-of-instruction letter where one will do instead.
Visitor & business visas
Tourist, family visit, conference and business travel — including the US DS-160 process, appointment booking and interview preparation for B1/B2 applicants.
Accommodation & arrival
University halls versus private rooms, deposits and contracts explained, plus a pre-departure briefing on airport transfer, registration, bank accounts and residence permit appointments.

We work directly with universities and their regional admissions teams across all four regions, which is how offers get chased, conditions get waived and deadlines occasionally get extended.

Nothing is charged before we have told you what it is for. Amounts vary by destination and are quoted to you in writing at the consultation.
